SMS consent & opt-in record

J4 DIGITAL (the trade name of HJ Consulting, sole proprietor Habib Jahshan, Southern California) sends text messages only to people who asked for them. This page is the plain-English record of how that consent is collected, what we send, and how to stop.

1. Website inquiries

When you fill in the form on this site and enter a mobile number, you see an unchecked box with this exact wording. Nothing is sent unless you check it:

If you call or text our business number first, we may reply by text about your inquiry.

2. Our own notification lines (owner opt-in record)

J4 DIGITAL also operates toll-free numbers that send account notifications, reminders, task updates and quality-assurance test messages to the business owner and staff only — never to the public and never for marketing.

Written opt-in on file: Habib Jahshan, owner of HJ Consulting (J4 DIGITAL), has consented in writing to receive these messages at his personal mobile number from J4 DIGITAL's toll-free numbers, including +1 (888) 994-2451 (account notifications and reminders) and +1 (833) 896-3809 (internal QA and test messages). Consent recorded August 27, 2026; this page is the current record. Message frequency varies (typically a few per day during business hours). Reply STOP at any time to end messages from that number; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

3. What we never do

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to reply to the person who asked, or — for our own lines — to notify the business owner and staff who opted in.

4. Stopping and help
