These terms govern your use of the J4 DIGITAL website and messaging program. By submitting our form or messaging our business number, you agree to them. J4 DIGITAL is a sole proprietorship based in Southern California; reach us through the form on our homepage or at habibj97@gmail.com.
Our services
J4 DIGITAL provides technology services for businesses: website and web-application development and hosting, custom software, AI and workflow automation, cybersecurity assessments and data protection, digital marketing, and physical-security planning. Every project is custom. Scope, price, timeline and any guarantee are confirmed in a written agreement before any paid work begins; nothing on this website is an offer to perform work at a particular price.
Regulated services
Some services are regulated. Security testing (such as penetration testing or vulnerability assessment) is performed only with your written authorization, within an agreed scope, and only where permitted by law. For physical security, J4 DIGITAL provides consulting, assessment, system design and coordination; alarm installation, alarm monitoring and security-guard services are performed by licensed providers who contract with you directly. J4 DIGITAL does not hold, and does not claim to hold, a California Private Patrol Operator or Alarm Company Operator license. Security planning is offered in California only; website, software, AI and cybersecurity work is delivered remotely across the United States.
Messaging terms (SMS)
By checking the consent box on our form, or by calling or texting our business number first, you agree to receive text messages from J4 DIGITAL related to your request — including replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.

Acceptable use
Don't use our site or messaging to break the law, harass anyone, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access if you do.
No warranty
The website and any pre-sale information are provided "as is." Specific service commitments and guarantees are set out in the written agreement you sign as a paying client, which controls over anything on this site.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
